SUN CRUISER
Pretty awesome sight!
It looks like many of the other Sun Cruisers I have posted.
Some are different from others, but relatively the same.
Light and how it is reflected has a lot to do with its appearance.
In some of the pics you don't see such a broad span of the wing shape,
but if the light happens to hit it just right way you get to see how dynamic the structure can be.
.
In this picture you can the "Sun Cruiser" as is from the picture above, but larger.
Whatever it is, it gives me a strange feeling. It looks so much like what I think a UFO would look like.
But ...Again I need to be reminded about its shape and what light can do to a shape.
A lot of shading and colors are refracting light in these pics.
Don't always believe what you see when light is a prime factor in what you are looking at.
I could make some pretty bazaar pictures to make you think you are really seeing something with light
and shading. That is why I do my best to just try and enhance. Keeping distortion at a minimum.
When I do make changes I do my best and tell you what I did to the pic.
What is consistent is the long wing shapes we see. Although there are many of shorter ones as well.
This is because that was all we could see reflected in the light that was being directed to it. A few clips either
way will change the appearance of the "Sun Cruiser" This is because of where it may be located and if flares
are present will get a shine. Also, keep in mind we are viewing this head on, I would assume. Therefore
we have no idea how long it is behind what we are seeing. We can look at it and guesstimate how wide it is,
but the shape could possibly be triangular.
That is why on the right tip of the wing it is so yellow smack in front of a flare yet dense enough to still be seen.
Notice now the left end wing tip and how deeply red it is. It seems right out of the Sun's flare glare the color changes
to a deep reddish orange.
I have some outstanding pictures of these wing shapes in a collection will I post.
You will also notice in every picture there appears to be a fuel stream, for lack of a better term.
But, the pixels behind the "Sun Cruiser" always show a stream and it is in every picture.
Now without distorting too much we show some color changes to bring out some of the details.
This gives you an idea how the wing starts and ends and where the colors are different enhancing the sections.
On several of the wing enhancements I have done they show small spheres at the tips, I find that unusual.
Often the sizes are able to be seen larger because of the position of the "Sun Cruiser" and the light.
Now what I did here was stretch the picture so it would be taller. Now you can get a real good idea in seeing how this thing is
put together.
As I mention the tips of the wings you can clearly see the spheres on the end of each wing.
I have seen the left wing in one of my pics showing the sphere much lager than this one and at a further distance
from the tip of the wing.
From this view notice the center where the red extends out from the shape in the middle.
See how the angle seems to cut in giving the front dimension, and that the object is just not straight across.
The proportions are exact on each side. Interesting, eh?
I The next few pictures show the different outlines and colors.
Here is another good view of the center. Taking some of the glow off you can see the shape a little better.
Another good view of how the colored sections look.
If you explore the "Sun Cruiser" site from my home page you will see other pictures of the "Sun Cruisers"
