The Anomalies On Mars

The following picture was taken off the NASA site.

Ridges in Mars's south polar region

These polar ridges are so unusual.

In this close up we can see the holes or crators.

It makes you wonder how deep the ice/snow is.

Are they warm spots that are melting, or some kind of eruptions from underneath the ice or snow?

Here we can see more clearly these holes.

Some of them seem to be raised higher than others.

You can see the rounded edges at the tops of them. They are almost like small volcanos.

The above close up, in the right chamber with the almost petal like holes seems a little different.

The area just to the left of it looks unusual with an amost perfect sphere type structure.

In the chamber area to the left we can also see these spheres again.

There are 4 of them just to the right of the worm shaped hole in the center.

Looking closely at these pictures you can see many strange formations.
